SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping destinations
Hausly currently ships to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery within the United States: 5β10 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Hausly.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 7 business days, contact support@hausly.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo of the damage along with your order number to support@hausly.shop within 14 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for replacement or refund options.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
