RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you may cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@hausly.shop with your order number. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and confirm the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number to support@hausly.shop.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Conditions for return

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all tags attached. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable digital products, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as final sale.
