Orders & Shipping

How fast will I get my order?

Most orders arrive within 6–13 business days total. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 5–10 business days for delivery within the US.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

What if my package does not arrive?

If your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, contact us at support@hausly.shop with your order number. We will help check the delivery status.

Returns & Support

Can I return an item if I do not like it?

Yes. You can return your item within 14 days from delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags if included.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

Please email support@hausly.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
